📋 Description

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for business users and leadership • Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements • Present findings and recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations • Support data migration, integration, and quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies for transparency and repeatability • Stay current with best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical area, or demonstrated equivalent experience in data analysis or a related field • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy • Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams • Deep knowledge of data flows within ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, or Salesforce in a manufacturing environment • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or Delta Lake • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus • Exposure to Agile project environments and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git • Must be eligible to work in the United States
