📋 Description

• Install, integrate, repair, and troubleshoot complex flexible packaging machinery • Ensure inspection, testing, quality, and operating specifications are met • Direct or oversee customer personnel during machinery installations, integrations, and servicing • Customize machine programs on-site to meet customer needs • Maintain occasional 24-hour on-call status and provide telephone technical support • Provide factory-floor support when not performing customer field service or travel • Train customers on machinery operation and service • Assist customers with aftermarket parts needs in the field • Travel extensively to customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge/skills of mechanical and electrical principles • Willingness to travel extensively within the US and internationally from time to time • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service focus • Familiarity with PLC/PC systems helpful • Proficiency in Windows and MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to train customer personnel on equipment • Experience with flexible packaging material machinery preferred • Minimum of 1 year experience in machinery repair • PLC programming experience preferred • Technical Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Willingness to travel a minimum of 75% • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Pro Mach uses E-Verify for new hires • Willingness to work in a drug-free workplace
