📋 Description
• conducting financial analytics into the patient’s overall financial responsibility and insurance requirements • verification of the patient’s coverage, determination of authorization and referral requirements of the payer • calculation of the estimated patient responsibility • assuring the patient will have a clear understanding of their estimated responsibility prior to services being rendered
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent. • 5 years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare related field. • 1 year of direct revenue cycle customer service, collection, or financial assistance experience.
