📋 Description

• Source marketers on LinkedIn Recruiter and Upwork, plus job boards and referrals, for 3 or more open roles at a time • Write and send candidate outreach • Write and refresh job postings and publish them where appropriate • Build relationships with strong candidates and maintain a warm candidate bench • Review applications and move candidates through the recruiting pipeline • Run screening calls, score candidates against the written bar, and guide difficult conversations • Schedule interviews, case studies, and assessments with the hiring team • Help prepare and extend offers • Keep candidates updated throughout every stage of the process • Provide hiring managers and the team with clear role-status updates • Keep candidate records in Breezy and ClickUp current • Track recruiting metrics including replies, screens, time to hire, and hiring sources • Bring one hiring-process improvement each month • Stay current on the US marketing talent market and hiring countries, including compensation, talent availability, and candidate preferences • Identify ways to make hiring faster and better without increasing costs • Serve as the first voice most candidates hear from ProperExpression

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers • Current focus on marketing recruiting; most recent hires have been marketers • Experience hiring marketers based in the US • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite, Pro, or Corporate) • Personally source candidates and run candidate calls every day • Experience managing hiring for 3 or more open roles at once • Experience working in an applicant tracking system and keeping it up to date • C1/C2 English, written and spoken • Ability to overlap at least 6 hours per day with US East Coast business hours • High energy, strong judgment, active listening, organization, honesty, drive, and self-motivation • Preferred but not required: Upwork sourcing experience • Preferred but not required: experience at a marketing agency • AI-curious; experience with AI tools is a plus • Preferred but not required: experience with Breezy HR or ClickUp • Resume must be submitted in PDF format • Must include favorite food and why in the Additional Comments field • Applicants must not email or message the company on LinkedIn before being contacted
