📋 Description

• Support the company’s global accounting function through US GAAP/IFRS application • Research and document accounting conclusions for complex/non-routine transactions • Prepare technical accounting memos • Monitor and assess impact of new accounting standards • Ensure consistency of accounting policies across global entities • Assist in preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting • Partner with Tax and external advisors on transfer pricing • Review non-standard contracts and advise on accounting implications • Support external audit process through preparation of technical documentation • Maintain robust documentation supporting accounting positions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • ACA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent) preferred • 4–7+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to technical accounting • Strong knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS exposure beneficial) • Experience with technical accounting research and memo preparation • Understanding of global accounting topics (revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, FX, debt/equity transactions, and consolidations) • Experience working with auditors and external advisors • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and close automation tools
