📋 Description

• Deliver instruction in NCCER carpentry curriculum, including both classroom and hands-on training • Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and practical demonstrations • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive learning environment • Track student progress and maintain required documentation • Reinforce industry best practices, safety standards, and worksite expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of journey-level carpentry experience (required) • NCCER certification or willingness to obtain (preferred) • Prior teaching or training experience (preferred) • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety protocols • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of learners • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desirable
