📋 Description

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for the Energy Dominance Financing Program's technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities • Perform assurance audits, control testing, evidence review, independent compliance verification, and reporting integrity checks • Review project documentation and evaluate technical and commercial interfaces • Identify risks and mitigations and validate assumptions • Support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable • Prepare audit protocols, workpapers, findings logs, corrective action tracking, and quality-assured reporting • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Support lender and DOE decision-making • Participate in data room reviews, borrower and contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, CP evidence reviews, and draw package checks • Track issue closure and prepare Independent Engineer reports for DOE, LPO, credit, and program governance stakeholders • Convert discipline-specific engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence, monitoring, certification, and decision-support outputs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience • Demonstrated work on oil and gas, power, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects for owners, lenders, independent engineers, or federal clients • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or related field • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP preferred • Experience with independent engineering review and technical due diligence • Experience with risk assessment, assurance audits, control testing, evidence review, and reporting integrity • Experience with data room review and information request tracking • Report writing and Excel-based analysis skills • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and clearly present findings • Technical judgment, independence and objectivity, analytical rigor, attention to detail, defensible documentation, issue escalation, quality mindset, and schedule discipline • Ability to translate technical evidence into actionable risk, compliance, and financing implications • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as needed • STD background check clearance designation • Must establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals across ProSidian's eight global competencies • Must support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian
