📋 Description

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for the Energy Dominance Financing Program • Support technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities • Validate Conditions Precedent, construction progress, eligible project costs, and disbursement requests • Support CP validation, disbursement certification, milestone certification, and completion certification • Oversee completion testing and performance verification • Prepare milestone, completion, and certification assessments • Review project documentation and evaluate technical and commercial interfaces • Identify risks and mitigations and validate assumptions • Support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews • Prepare certification packages, test evidence, progress validation, disbursement support, and completion opinions • Convert engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence, monitoring, certification, and decision-support outputs • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Support timely lender and DOE decision-making • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives • Support ProSidian business development and other company efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Energy Industry experience, including Oil and Gas, Power, or Utilities sectors • Functional and technical area expertise relevant to Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory support • Experience supporting technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, or independent engineering assurance • Knowledge of conditions precedent, eligible project costs, construction progress, completion testing, and completion certification • Ability to review project documentation and evaluate technical and commercial interfaces • Ability to identify risks and mitigations and validate assumptions • Ability to support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews • Ability to prepare certification packages, test evidence, progress validation, disbursement support, and completion opinions • Ability to coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word ideal • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio ideal • Ability to quickly learn other tools as needed • STD background check clearance designation • Exempt 1099 contract arrangement • Ability to work remotely within the United States with on-site meetings expected • Commitment to establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives across ProSidian’s eight global competencies • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian
