📋 Description

• Provide independent engineering advisory support for DOE Energy Dominance Financing technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities • Review commissioning plans, startup sequencing, acceptance testing, and operational transition • Assess completion testing, operational readiness, ramp-up, efficiency, yield, and startup performance • Review project documentation and evaluate technical and commercial interfaces • Identify risks and mitigations and validate project assumptions • Support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable • Prepare commissioning procedures, system turnover packages, test results, punch lists, and readiness reports • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Participate in data room reviews, borrower and contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, CP evidence reviews, draw package checks, and issue closure tracking • Prepare Independent Engineer reports for DOE, LPO, credit, and program governance stakeholders • Support lender and DOE decision-making with independent, traceable, technically defensible work products • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives aligned with ProSidian's eight global competencies • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or a related field • 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience • Demonstrated work on oil and gas, power, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects for owners, lenders, independent engineers, or federal clients • Experience with independent engineering review, technical due diligence, and risk assessment • Knowledge of commissioning plans, startup sequencing, acceptance testing, and operational transition • Experience with data room review and information request tracking • Report writing and Excel-based analysis skills • Stakeholder coordination and clear presentation of findings • Technical judgment, independence and objectivity, analytical rigor, attention to detail, defensible documentation, issue escalation, quality mindset, and schedule discipline • Ability to translate technical evidence into actionable risk, compliance, and financing implications • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio • Ability to work remotely within the USA with on-site meetings expected • STD background check designation • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP are preferred
