📋 Description

• Provide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. • Conduct environmental analysis of recipient information and data. • Develop draft documents, primarily categorical exclusions, under the NEPA review process. • Provide reports to NEPA personnel on Environmental Questionnaire Verification Checklists, Statement of Project Objectives, and other supporting documentation. • Attend and document results of assigned meetings, hearings, and phone calls. • Track and report NEPA progress. • Prepare documents of interactions with agencies and organizations regarding compliance with laws, regulations, licensing, and permitting protocols. • Provide support for environmental policy and training development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 10 years of experience in environmental analysis and documentation. • Specialized knowledge in noise pollution assessment and analysis. • Understanding of noise pollution regulations and standards. • Proficiency in preparing technical sections related to noise pollution. • Ability to conduct technical reviews for noise pollution assessments. • Quality assurance skills for noise pollution documentation. • Collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
