📋 Description

• Provide graphic design services and support for Cultural Resources Identification Field Guides • Create the visual design and layout of field guides • Produce high-quality images, diagrams, and charts to help users identify cultural resources in the field • Ensure field guides are user-friendly and visually appealing • Ensure guides adhere to USDA branding and design standards • Support a professional services engagement for USDA FPAC Environmental Activities Division • Complete accurate, thoroughly documented work products that comply with established criteria • Meet project milestones and delivery schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of five years’ experience in graphic design • Experience creating and printing booklets, brochures, and publications • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to create clear, informative, and visually appealing designs • Experience in layout design for print publications • Creative thinking and attention to detail • Ability to interpret and implement design briefs effectively • Strong understanding of branding and visual communication principles • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary • Work products must be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and compliant with established criteria • Duties must be performed in a competent and professional manner meeting milestones and delivery schedules • Located CONUS / Charlotte, NC
