📋 Description

• Ensure Council meetings employ a fluid, consensus-based decision-making process • Collaborate with the Council Chair to plan meetings and organize meeting agendas • Coordinate with the Administrative Assistant to provide all meeting support • Facilitate consensus-based decision-making in meetings and conference calls • Administer the governance documents and work with trustees to resolve conflicts as necessary • Write and distribute a draft written summary of key facilitated meeting outcomes within five working days • Maintain Council decision, action item, and resolution logs and distribute the logs within five working days

🎯 Requirements

• Seven years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) • Ability to facilitate groups of diverse stakeholders to reach consensus decisions • Experience dealing with diverse interests and contentious issues • Knowledge of environmental law, particularly NRDA portion of CERCLA and DOI regulations and guidelines pertaining to NRDA (preferred) • U.S. Citizenship Required • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the USG’s designated Security Office
