📋 Description

• Coordinate with the Council Chair to prepare agendas for meetings • Facilitate consensus-based decision-making in meetings and conference calls • Provide facilitated meeting documentation • Collaborate with trustees as necessary to maximize meeting efficiency • Attend all facilitated meetings in person unless otherwise agreed to

🎯 Requirements

• Seven years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study • Certified Professional Facilitator (preferred) • Experience facilitating tribal, state, and federal stakeholders (preferred) • Knowledge of environmental law, particularly the natural resource damage assessment (NRDA) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
