📋 Description

• Develop one-page summaries, infographics, synthesis products, stories/vignettes, social posts, and blog content • Copy-edit reports • Communicate findings to nontechnical audiences • Synthesize evidence and make findings accessible • Prepare copy-edited Section 508-compliant deliverables • Coordinate requested language versions • Coordinate PII/non-PII report versions with the Data Analyst and Lead Evaluator • Produce approximately six to eight synthesis/visualization products annually • Support DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services • Monitor programs, measure impact, and turn labor data into clear insights

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated research communications experience • Editorial quality and copy-editing skills • Visual storytelling experience • Accessible publication production experience • Recommended bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, design, or a related field • Plain-language writing and editing • Visualization and accessibility remediation • Evidence synthesis • Multilingual publication coordination • Accuracy, clarity, audience awareness, discretion, and fidelity to source evidence • Ability to prepare Section 508-compliant deliverables • Ability to coordinate PII/non-PII report versions • English work/job-site language
