📋 Description

• Provide professional and management development training for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services • Design and deliver training and technical assistance on indicators, analysis, surveys, adaptive management, and evaluation planning • Facilitate collaborative learning and sensemaking sessions • Collect participant feedback • Teach practical methods and facilitate learning • Turn insights into actionable outcomes • Monitor programs and measure impact • Turn labor data into clear insights supporting global action • Adapt training materials to requested languages with qualified translation support • Document lessons with the Lead Evaluator • Support up to four activities annually

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated adult-learning design experience • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) knowledge • Effective facilitation for diverse international audiences • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, evaluation, or a related field, recommended • MEL training experience • Instructional design skills • Workshop facilitation skills • Remote/hybrid delivery experience • Feedback design skills • Ability to create accessible learning materials • Audience responsiveness, facilitation, inclusion, and practical knowledge transfer • Ability to adapt materials to requested languages using qualified translation support • Ability to support evaluation sensemaking sessions and document lessons • English work/job-site language
