📋 Description

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for DOE Energy Dominance Financing technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities • Focus on O&M programs, maintenance readiness, reliability practices, and lifecycle operating costs • Review project documentation and evaluate technical and commercial interfaces • Identify risks and mitigations and validate project assumptions • Support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable • Prepare O&M budgets, procedures, workforce plans, maintenance strategies, readiness evidence, and other defensible work products • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Monitor post-construction O&M capability, reliability, production performance, and long-term debt-service support capacity • Participate in data room reviews, borrower and contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, CP evidence reviews, and draw package checks • Track issue closure and prepare Independent Engineer reports for DOE, LPO, credit, and program governance stakeholders • Convert engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence, monitoring, certification, and decision-support outputs • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or a related field • 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience • Demonstrated work on oil and gas, power, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects for owners, lenders, independent engineers, or federal clients • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP preferred • Experience with independent engineering review and technical due diligence • Knowledge of U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office-style documentation • Experience with risk assessment, O&M programs, maintenance readiness, reliability practices, and lifecycle operating costs • Experience with data room review and information request tracking • Report writing and Excel-based analysis skills • Ability to coordinate stakeholders and clearly present findings for credit, construction, monitoring, and certification decisions • Technical judgment, independence and objectivity, analytical rigor, attention to detail, defensible documentation, issue escalation, quality mindset, and schedule discipline • Ability to translate technical evidence into actionable risk, compliance, and financing implications • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio • Ability to meet role requirements and establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives
