📋 Description

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for the Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Program's technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities • Evaluate integrated pipeline systems, pipeline design, routing, hydraulics, integrity, operations, regulatory readiness, constructability, operational readiness, safety performance, and lifecycle reliability • Review project documentation and data rooms • Evaluate technical and commercial interfaces, identify risks and mitigations, and validate assumptions • Support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable • Prepare system models, hydraulic studies, integrity plans, operating envelope reviews, lifecycle performance reports, and lender-ready due diligence and decision-support outputs • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Support lender and DOE decision-making • Participate in borrower and contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, CP evidence reviews, draw package checks, and issue closure tracking • Prepare Independent Engineer reports for DOE, LPO, credit, and program governance stakeholders • Support technical due diligence, construction monitoring, EPC oversight, completion certification, operations monitoring, and long-term debt-service viability assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geoscience, petroleum engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, environmental, or related technical field • 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience • Demonstrated work on oil and gas, power, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects for owners, lenders, independent engineers, or federal clients • Experience with independent engineering review and technical due diligence • Knowledge of U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office-style documentation discipline • Knowledge of integrated pipeline systems, hydraulics, integrity, operations, and lifecycle performance • Experience with data room review, information request tracking, report writing, Excel-based analysis, stakeholder coordination, and presentation of findings • Technical judgment, independence and objectivity, analytical rigor, attention to detail, defensible documentation, issue escalation, quality mindset, schedule discipline, and ability to translate technical evidence into risk, compliance, and financing implications • Microsoft Office proficiency; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio • Ability to meet role requirements and establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives • Ability to support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian • PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI, or discipline-specific credentials preferred where applicable • STD background check designation • Ability to work remotely within the United States with on-site meetings expected
