📋 Description

• Provide project management and IT lifecycle development and management support services to the FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) • Manage task-order-level control, monitoring, notifications, milestones, and performance measures • Establish project work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports • Conduct project meetings and track and analyze project progress • Interface with end users, computer services, client services, and all project-affected areas • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams • Recommend and direct analysis and solutions to project problems • Support development, maintenance, enhancement, integration, migration, operation, and disposition of CFSAN IT systems • Maintain and evolve code, scripts, views, triggers, jobs, designs, documentation, reports, and templates • Support architecture, systems integration, data management, operations and maintenance, training, and transition activities • Develop and maintain Computer to Plate (CTP) systems processing structured and unstructured data • Provide training for CFSAN stakeholders on existing, changed, and newly developed applications • Prepare training plans and materials and conduct approved training sessions • Support transition-in and transition-out activities, transferring knowledge, data, and application artifacts • Support ProSidian client service, business development, and firm-wide objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time Project Manager role supporting FDA/CFSAN IT System Lifecycle Development and Management Support Services • Experience designing, developing, implementing, communicating, administering, and evaluating human resources programs, emphasizing compensation and classification, in large organizations with over 4,000 geographically dispersed employees • Experience in technical, multifaceted missions of national scope • Demonstrated successful experience designing and implementing innovative private- and public-sector compensation and pay-for-performance programs and/or expertise in a unionized environment • Experience in job analysis and evaluation • Expertise making accurate Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption determinations and defending decisions to employees, management, and/or outside parties • Expertise in state-of-the-art compensation, pay-for-performance, and awards programs • Ability to tailor programs to a public-sector regulatory/operational organization • Knowledge of laws and regulations concerning federal compensation, classification, performance, recognition programs, and federal financial regulatory agencies • Experience and expertise in project management, project tracking, analysis, work planning, scheduling, estimating, resource planning, status reporting, quality standards, and deliverable review • Technical and analytical guidance capability • Microsoft Office proficiency; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills preferred as ideal capabilities • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other business tools and technologies • Ability to fulfill annual goals and objectives aligned with ProSidian's eight Global Competencies • Ability to support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting
