📋 Description

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for the DOE Energy Dominance Financing Program • Support technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities • Review project schedules, critical path, milestone logic, float, variance trends, operational completion dates, delay risks, and recovery plans • Review project documentation and evaluate technical and commercial interfaces • Identify risks and mitigations and validate project assumptions • Support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable • Prepare Primavera/MS Project schedules, logic reviews, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, delay summaries, and other lender-ready work products • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Support lender and DOE decision-making • Participate in data room reviews, borrower and contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, CP evidence reviews, draw package checks, and issue closure tracking • Prepare Independent Engineer reports for DOE, LPO, credit, and program governance stakeholders • Support construction monitoring, EPC oversight, completion certification, operations monitoring, and long-term debt-service viability assessments • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or related field • 3–7 years of relevant technical, analytical, project controls, configuration, finance, or energy infrastructure support experience • DOE/LPO or federal energy program exposure preferred • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP preferred • Experience with independent engineering review and technical due diligence • Knowledge of project schedules, critical path, milestone logic, float, and delay risks • Experience with data room review and information request tracking • Report writing and Excel-based analysis • Stakeholder coordination and clear presentation of findings • Technical judgment, independence, objectivity, analytical rigor, attention to detail, and defensible documentation • Ability to translate technical evidence into actionable risk, compliance, and financing implications • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio • Ability to work remotely within the USA with on-site meetings expected • STD background check designation
