📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior Project Manager in IT Effectiveness and Program/Project Management • Provide Information Technology Center Support for Government and Public Services clients, including DOI/NPS • Lead project management teams • Ensure projects meet timelines and budgets • Provide coverage for swim-lane tasks aligned with Task 2.5.1 Program/Project Management activities • Support professional services engagements for federal clients • Provide remote support • Collaborate with firm leadership, team members, Fellows, partners, and clients • Contribute to thought leadership and develop marketable professional experience

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level project management experience in federal IT environments • Bachelor's degree with PMP certification • 10+ years of experience in project management • Relevant Government and Public Services Sector experience • CompTIA Security+ or CISSP • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) • Certified in IT Service Management (ITIL) • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) • Project management knowledge • Telecommunication support • Systems administration expertise • Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support • Network infrastructure management • Cybersecurity proficiency • Disaster recovery and business continuity • IT Service Management (ITSM) • Operating System (OS) support • High Availability Cluster Multiprocessing (HACMP) • Telecommunications and voice/video infrastructure • Performance analysis tools • Best business practices • Change management • Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary • Communication skills • Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
