📋 Description

• Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for the Energy Dominance Financing Program's technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities • Own technical, construction, schedule, cost, operational, and loan-performance risk identification • Lead integrated technical risk assessment and mitigation tracking across due diligence, construction, and operations phases • Review project documentation and evaluate technical and commercial interfaces • Identify risks and mitigations and validate assumptions • Support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable • Prepare risk scoring, technical risk summaries, mitigation strategies, independent engineering risk opinions, and other lender-ready work products • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders • Support timely lender and Department of Energy decision-making • Participate in data room reviews, borrower and contractor interviews, site observations, monthly monitoring meetings, risk register updates, conditions precedent evidence reviews, draw package checks, and issue closure tracking • Prepare Independent Engineer reports for DOE, LPO, credit, and program governance stakeholders • Support technical due diligence, construction monitoring, EPC oversight, completion certification, operations monitoring, and long-term debt-service viability assessment • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives • Support ProSidian business development and other company efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience • Demonstrated work on oil and gas, power, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects for owners, lenders, independent engineers, or federal clients • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, risk management, finance, or a related field • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CQA, CIA, ISO Lead Auditor, CHMM, CSP, or PMI-RMP preferred • Experience with independent engineering review and technical due diligence • Experience with risk assessment, technical feasibility, construction risk, performance risk, operational risk, and financing implications • Data room review and information request tracking • Report writing and Excel-based analysis • Stakeholder coordination and presentation of findings • Technical judgment, analytical rigor, attention to detail, defensible documentation, issue escalation, schedule discipline, and translating technical evidence into actionable risk, compliance, and financing implications • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word ideal • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio ideal • Ability to work remotely within the USA with on-site meetings expected • STD background check designation • Ability to establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian
