📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day Design team activities for the CPA Site Solutions product line in the Accounting Vertical • Manage inbound custom design queues • Help create website designs • Manage design queue scheduling, processes, performance, quality expectations, and updates • Participate in design and coding activities for client-facing work • Assign incoming Cases and Projects within Salesforce • Evolve custom workflows, processes, and wireframe models for custom design • Liaise between design, sales, and support teams • Help other teams understand how to sell and communicate design • Participate in design discussions and critiques • Support marketing projects and print collateral as needed • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in design project management, web design, digital design, or a related field • Experience managing projects, workflows, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration • A BA/BFA in design (or equivalent training) • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications and Microsoft Office • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com • Responsive web design experience • Familiarity with jQuery and JavaScript • Experience working in the MS Windows environment • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
