📋 Description

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Deliver exceptional, neurodiversity-affirming client care • Provide therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Build and manage a client caseload through client referrals • Set a flexible schedule around personal needs • Participate in peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical drop-ins • Maintain accurate care delivery using virtual care platforms and EHR tools • Support underserved populations through client-centered care

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR, and Slack • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required • Full-time position: 25+ hours of weekly availability and 25+ client caseload • Part-time position: 15+ hours of weekly availability and 15+ client caseload
