📋 Description
• Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Create affirming, accessible mental health services • Manage administrative tasks while focusing on client care • Build and maintain a caseload of clients • Participate in peer consultation and training
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack) • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required.
