📋 Description
• Facilitate or co-facilitate live onboarding meetings via Zoom • Serve as a key point of contact for new providers • Respond to inbound provider emails in a timely manner • Host Zoom troubleshooting sessions for new providers • Monitor provider pre-onboarding tasks and flag at-risk providers • Assist with maintaining onboarding documentation and tracking progress • Support a warm, neurodivergent-affirming onboarding experience
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in mental health, healthcare, or clinical operations • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Healthie, Slack, Notion, and Zapier. • Ability to manage email volume and prioritize without supervision
