📋 Description

• Help oversee the ISSO Support Department • Help maintain security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems • Oversee POA&M tracking, RMF documentation updates, vulnerability status maintenance, audit preparation, and system owner coordination • Support operations within the ISSO Support Department • Act as second-in-command to the PM for ISSO support operations • Facilitate daily team tasking • Monitor team bandwidth and ensure quality control • Provide operational continuity across ISSOs during escalations or urgent compliance tasks • Oversee POA&M workflow management • Verify documentation quality • Oversee ISSO daily tasking and performance management • Ensure SOP adherence and improve workflows • Coordinate audits, reviews, and system owner engagements • Help ensure systems remain compliant with FISMA and NIST requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of cybersecurity or IT program coordination experience • Knowledge of FISMA • Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 • Knowledge of NIST SP 800-37 • PMP or equivalent certification required • Minimum Secret security clearance required • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance • ProSync cannot sponsor candidates for a security clearance • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field
