📋 Description

• Project management: Responsibility for client projects in access/authorization management • Support: Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and bank-specific requirements with a focus on access/authorization management (e.g., mapping target role concepts and other changes in the authorization management system) • Consulting & Implementation: Support our clients in the area of authorization management and implement solutions: together with our authorization management team you will realize the results in OSPlus • Coaching: Independently prepare and conduct client workshops, implementation support and trainings/coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed IT training: Application Developer, System Administrator or equivalent • Completed degree: Business Informatics, Computer Science or a degree with an IT focus • Career changers with significant and long-term consulting experience are warmly welcome • Several years of experience in IT authorization management or Identity & Access Management at a financial institution • Solid project management experience in complex IT or transformation projects • Good knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirements in the banking environment • Very good MS Office skills • Confident presence in consulting and client situations at expert and leadership levels • Structured and independent way of working • Strong drive for design and optimization • Excellent communication skills: experience acting as an interface between banking business areas and IT • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
