📋 Description

• Deliver engaging and professional service on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage • Authorize claims and answer a high volume of inbound calls • Process and complete paperwork according to established procedures • Adjudicate assigned claims • Receive intake of new losses • Assess contract, agreement, and policy coverage • Document and investigate new losses accurately • Maintain an exceptionally high level of customer service • Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Automotive Service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Advisor • Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure efficient workflow • Proficiency with computers and applications, including MS Word and Excel • Ability to work with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required • High school diploma required • Analytical ability required • Ability to make decisions based on contract language • Ability to use good judgment and provide applicable contract benefits on all claims • Must be available to work 40 hours per week during 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday–Friday, with a rotating Saturday every 4–6 weeks
