📋 Description

• Provide support for all functions within the Client Relations department, focusing on new dealer agreements and submissions • Support Client Relations Managers • Serve as the product knowledge expert in environments pertaining to the role • Respond to incoming agency calls and provide problem resolution as liaison between the Account Executive, CRM, and client • Pre-fill Protective and Vendor agreements • Place launch and regular supply orders • Input agreements in DocuSign and ensure execution • Create and complete dealer checklists for new setups and changes • Track submitted agreements, missing documents, and follow-ups; maintain accurate records and server trackers • Make dealer updates and changes in systems, obtain proper documentation, and disseminate information to departments • Work with agents and providers to retrieve and submit required licensing paperwork • Handle insurer correspondence, including state-specific insurance documents and dealership cancellations • Act as backup to the Client Relations Dispatcher • Document relevant processes and updates • Respond according to key performance indicators • Communicate professionally and follow up proactively on open items • Assist team members as needed • Manage change positively and take ownership of responsibilities • Perform other assigned duties

• Ability to frequently sit for long periods of time • Ability to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds • Vision acuity including close vision, color vision, distant vision, and ability to adjust focus • Ability to grasp objects such as a telephone or computer mouse • Finger dexterity to use a keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment • Ability to hear and talk, both in person and by phone • Ability to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen • Self-motivator and initiative-taker • Solution minded • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Driven by integrity • Willingness to embrace change
