📋 Description

• Deliver direct, patient-centered musculoskeletal care through telehealth visits, asynchronous communication, and collaborative clinical discussions • Conduct targeted, high-complexity initial assessments and secondary or tertiary consultations • Manage treatment-failure escalations • Serve as the ultimate clinical authority on complex differential diagnoses, atypical MSK presentations, and surgical/non-surgical triage • Provide advanced interpretation of MRI, CT, and MSK ultrasound imaging and guide treatment plans • Educate and empower patients to make informed healthcare decisions • Serve as collaborating/supervising physician for APPs, including chart audits, clinical escalation pathways, and team mentorship • Engage with physical therapists and health coaches on complex cases and best practices • Establish, review, and follow evidence-based MSK clinical protocols • Contribute to projects and initiatives in a fast-growing healthcare startup

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within Vermont • Minimum of 2 years of MSK/Orthopedic experience • Strong commitment to delivering top-tier MSK care with empathy and efficiency • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment • Enthusiastic about healthcare innovation and digital health solutions • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Experience in telemedicine (preferred) • Background in health-tech (preferred) • Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting (preferred) • Flexible availability to meet shifting patient demands, including mornings and evenings (preferred) • Additional licensure in MI, WI, MA, or NY (preferred)
