📋 Description

• Business Performance Improvement consultants help clients in the areas of finance, operations, people and change. • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions to complex business problems. • Participate in Passport to Protiviti onboarding program and The Consulting Challenge experiential learning course. • Gain experience in different industries and develop technical and professional capabilities. • Manage time and priorities effectively and contribute impactfully to collective team results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Supply Chain, or other business majors) • Visa Status: All applicants applying for U.S. job openings need authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future • Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.) • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries • A foundation in accounting and finance processes and objectives • Entry level knowledge of organizational operations processes and objectives
