📋 Description

• Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants to complete project work plans • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency • Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel • Accept responsibility for decision-making regarding project scope, staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science) • 2+ years working in professional services or related industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access • Professional Certification such as Oracle Financials Cloud 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist or similar preferred • Demonstrated experience with four end-to-end implementations in any two EPM cloud products (EPBS Modules, FCCS, ARCS, and NR) • Expert knowledge of the Oracle Planning Cloud tools required • Experience with implementing EPBCS modules (Finance, Workforce, Capex, and Projects) • Proven expertise in design, build, testing and deployment of EPBCS applications • Extensive experience in roles leading finance process improvement in Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Plans, Rolling Forecasting) • Ability to analyze business requirements and develop end-to-end solutions
