📋 Description

• mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants • facilitate successful completion of project work plans • identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency • strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates • accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies • lead complex programs and drive successful Oracle Cloud implementations • build relationships with clients and provide exceptional experiences • contribute to positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members • create development opportunities for others

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Finance, Accounting) • 2+ years working in professional services or related industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access • Professional Certification in Oracle Cloud and/or PMP preferred
