📋 Description

• Partner with clients to identify and manage risk • Develop strategies to solve complex business problems • Devise solutions to support clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods • Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti • Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans • Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training • Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Finance/Accounting, Engineering) • 7+ years working in professional services or industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Workday certified in Financials is strongly preferred, with certifications in Accounting Center, Adaptive, and/or Prism as a plus • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices • Demonstrated experience with leading/managing future state design and process improvement projects focused on Record to Report (R2R) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) business functions. • Functional and systems experience focused on R2R and/or O2C business functions. • Serving as a solution architect, project manager and/or workstream lead for R2R and/or O2C during the design and implementation of Workday. • Demonstrated ability to develop Workday implementation and optimization proposals and lead oral presentations for potential clients.
