📋 Description

• mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants • facilitate the successful completion of project work plans • identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency • strengthen relationships and deepen ability to communicate and network with client personnel • take responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans • manage multi-pillar (ERP, HCM, SCM) functional Oracle Cloud projects • develop project deliverables including workshops, gathering of business requirements, and defining processes • drive change management and user adoption strategies • act as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Finance, Accounting) • 2+ years working in professional services or related industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access • Professional Certification in Oracle Cloud and/or PMP preferred.
