📋 Description

• Perform quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care • Ensure CMS program compliance • Work closely with the Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership • Promote regulatory compliance, excellent patient outcomes, and reimbursement • Serve as a role model, consultant, auditor, and OASIS expert to Home Health staff across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Education sufficient for licensure • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License • License in states wherever care is delivered • 2 years Nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system • Required: Homecare Homebase • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred • OASIS certification preferred
