📋 Description

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products • Serve as the accountable lead for analytics products published by the team • Develop, maintain, and ensure the integrity of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables • Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on to maintain close touch with content and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or 5+ years of relevant experience • 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, and analytics • 4 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platform • Master's Degree in a related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred • Epic Certifications upon hire preferred • 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience highly preferred • 5 years of project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies preferred
