📋 Description

• Managing projects for the implementation and launch of virtual care services • Leading all aspects of the project lifecycle • Partnering closely with sponsors/leaders at customer sites • Collaborating with VCDH colleagues, Service Line leaders, clinical operations, and other operational functions • Navigating and communicating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders • Achieving project goals within timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Coursework/Training: Project management, change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.) • 3 years of Managing projects and/or programs. • 2 years of Demonstrated track record of implementing projects with high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. • 2 years of Presentation and facilitation experience to executive audiences. • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred upon hire • 2 years of Healthcare industry experience preferred • 1 year of Telehealth experience preferred • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred.
