📋 Description

• Serve as the analytical backbone of the HR Service & Digital Experience organization—owning critical reporting and ensuring data integrity. • Translate complex operational and contractual data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. • Deliver data-driven insights that simplify, innovate, and improve the experience for core leaders and caregivers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years Professional experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, visualization, predictive analytics, or related consultative role. • 4 years Ability to lead complex projects and solutions demonstrated thought leadership and the business value of solutions in a clear and understandable way. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent educ/experience • 2 years Experience using modern visualization and analysis tools or coding languages to manipulate data at scale (e.g. Power BI, Visier, R, Python). • 2 years Experience in a multi-site healthcare environment and/or business environment. • 2 years Experience educating others on data analytical techniques and concepts.
