📋 Description

• Serve as an integral member of a behavioral health consult team for acute patients remotely through a telehealth platform • Assess and triage patients via telehealth across varied ages, genders, medical comorbidities, and geographic regions • Conduct psychosocial assessments in emergency department and inpatient settings • Provide clinical social work consult services • Make treatment recommendations • Conduct risk assessments • Provide therapeutic interventions • Make discharge planning recommendations • Provide mental health diagnoses • Deliver crisis intervention • Provide warm handoffs to the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University • Upon hire, hold one of the following licenses: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker, Alaska Clinical Social Worker, California Clinical Social Worker, Montana Clinical Social Worker, Oregon Clinical Social Worker, New Mexico Clinical Social Worker, or Texas Clinical Social Worker • 5 years of post-graduate experience working in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting • Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record; EPIC preferred • 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents preferred
