📋 Description

• Monitor live operating room events in real time to validate model accuracy and confirm correct event recognition. • Respond appropriately during live sessions in accordance with company protocols, based on observed events or model behavior. • Accurately identify, timestamp, and label clinically relevant events. • Meet daily annotation targets while maintaining required quality thresholds. • Identify and escalate anomalies, inaccuracies, unexpected model behaviors, or issues affecting customer experience or data accuracy. • Adapt to updated project guidelines and incorporate changes into daily workflow. • Document escalations with case ID, timestamp, and short description. • Report systemic data issues and propose improvements to annotation rubrics, examples, or tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with surgical workflows, including familiarity with OR procedures, equipment and standard operating practices. • Proficient computer skills and confidence using multiple software applications simultaneously. • Must be able to work from a safe, secure, and private environment free from distractions. • Candidates must ensure their remote workspace meets appropriate confidentiality standards for real-time access to live surgical footage and sensitive patient and clinical information. • Availability to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays in alignment with surgical scheduling demands. • Working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, including structure, terminology and conventions is preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach to quality assurance. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote, internationally distributed team. • Comfortable working independently while following established processes and protocols.
