📋 Description

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to social workers practicing in Minnesota and North Dakota • Support clinicians with assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, ethical concerns, and complex cases • Monitor supervisees’ progress toward licensure requirements • Maintain accurate supervision plans, logs, evaluations, and board documentation • Ensure supervision practices meet applicable state licensing requirements • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support onboarding, training, quality improvement, and consistent clinical practices • Stay current on social work licensing and supervision requirements in both states

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program • Active, unrestricted Minnesota LICSW license • Active, unrestricted North Dakota LCSW license • Board-approved, recognized, or eligible to provide clinical licensure supervision in at least one of the two states • Experience providing clinical supervision, consultation, or leadership • Strong knowledge of clinical practice, documentation, ethics, and risk management • Ability to maintain accurate supervision and licensing records • Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
