📋 Description

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes or other community settings • Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and coordinated care • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress • Stay current with research and best practices in ABA • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment strategies • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a current BCBA certification • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing treatment plans • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must have access to reliable internet and technology to conduct remote sessions • Must be able to pass a background check
