📋 Description
• Establish and lead the Regulatory Intelligence function • Design and maintain regulatory requirement matrices • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance • Maintain relationships with state agencies and regulatory bodies • Oversee quality control processes for regulatory submissions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs, program integrity, account management, I&A, or related teams • Strong understanding of consumer-directed services, Medicaid, and state-funded long-term services • Ability to design scalable processes, tools, and governance structures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
