• Serve as the primary operational partner to the Director, Risk and Assurance • Responsible for building, implementing, and continuously improving the infrastructure, processes, and tools that support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) • Partner with the Director to design, implement, and mature the Risk and Assurance function • Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, templates, tools, and governance resources supporting ERM • Coordinate and facilitate enterprise risk assessment activities and structured risk interviews • Monitor risk treatment activities and escalate emerging concerns as appropriate
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (required) • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, quality, audit, risk management, operational excellence, or related fields, or 5+ years at PPL or a similar FMS provider • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience supporting root cause analysis, corrective action management, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ability to synthesize complex operational and regulatory information into actionable recommendations • Must be fluent in English.
