📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of client engagements • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions • Analyze program operations and identify opportunities for improvement • Lead proposal writing teams, presentations, and solution demonstrations • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration specifications • Manage project tasks, deliverables, timelines, and action items • Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and contractual requirements • Analyze operational and program data to identify trends and opportunities • Prepare client-facing reports and executive-level summaries • Review and be the expert in business operations for service and efficiency improvements • Manage small projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision • Participate in sales motions related to the practice • Supervise Business Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience required • 5+ years of relevant work experience • Master’s degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred • Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results • Ability to move projects forward within a specific timeline and budget while working at a detailed level • Commitment to exceptional client service • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset • Ability to interact with various levels of management and with clients • Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity • Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes • Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
