📋 Description

• Review client records to assess Title IV-E eligibility, including electronic case files and legal and financial documentation • Apply federal Title IV-E eligibility rules accurately to each case • Monitor performance standard measurements for Title IV-E eligibility activities • Provide information and technical assistance to the client on revenue management activities • Participate in state and federal audit inquiries • Maintain positive working relationships with the client and colleagues • Foster information sharing and open discussion among colleagues • Travel within Wisconsin, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations • Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to prioritize responsibilities • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Proficient in written and spoken English • 0–2 years of relevant work experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred
