📋 Description

• Provide legal filing, organization, research, and administrative support to PRP’s EPH team of attorneys. • Assist with coordinating the team’s legal work and supporting high-volume legal filings. • Collaborate with other internal teams as needed. • Support urgent or time sensitive litigation efforts, including occasional evening or weekend work. • Manage systems, workflows, and operational organization for a remote team. • Maintain files to ensure efficient and consistent document retention and storage. • Participate in and coordinate Zoom meetings, including circulating agendas and taking detailed notes as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of paralegal or legal assistance experience. • Experience formatting, cite checking, and filing briefs and other litigation materials in federal or state court. • Experience creating tables of contents and tables of authority for briefs in Microsoft Word. • Experience with federal court filing systems, including PACER. • Experience with proactive project management and managing up/reporting to a number of stakeholders. • Experience working in both remote and in-person legal or professional environments is highly valued.
