📋 Description

• Advising clients on family law matters with empathy and professionalism • Developing legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals • Representing clients in mediations, negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings • Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence • Empowering clients through education and clear communication • Collaborating with attorneys and staff to improve processes and client experience • Maintaining high-quality, cost-effective legal services

🎯 Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association • 1–5+ years of legal experience • Strong legal writing and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet and phone access • Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and client advocacy • Family law experience in Washington State (preferred) • Experience with motions practice, mediation, collaborative law, trial preparation or litigation (preferred) • Familiarity with court procedures in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties (preferred) • Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Adobe, Slack, and Apple-based systems (preferred)
