📋 Description

• Leading tax compliance projects for asset and wealth management clients, focusing on regulated investment companies • Analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns, minimizing risks of non-compliance • Providing strategic tax planning and guidance to optimize clients' tax positions within the financial services industry • Reviewing and validating clients' adherence to tax laws and regulations, offering solutions to complex tax issues • Coaching and mentoring teams to enhance their skills in tax compliance and regulatory consulting • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand and address their tax compliance needs • Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends impacting tax strategies • Drafting and reviewing tax documents to support corporate tax planning and compliance efforts • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in tax compliance processes • Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree • At least 6 years of experience • At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
